Today was good, I had some hunger but I am sure that is from my lack of consumption of ENOUGH calories from yesterday. However my crusade for weight-loss is going splendid, I am down 1.6 Pounds!! woot! woot!
Today I ate: 1 Apple, 1 Cucumber, 1 Hamburger patty with pickles, and 1 cup of fat-free cottage cheese, and 3.5 oz. sliced strawberries. I am trying really hard to reach my calories today.
