HCG Weight-loss

So I have decided that I will share my weight-loss journey on here with everyone and hopefully we have motivate and inspire each other. I am going to do the HCG diet. I did it once before to great success. However it (as in my success) was before I got married and had children. I am hoping for similar results though. My mantra is “you can do anything for 30 days” and ” Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” Now for those of you that don’t know what the HCG diet is, I suggest you read and/or skim Dr. Simeons Book “Pounds and Inches” or watch this YouTube video  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBfJ1o188j4. There are several phases phase 1 is commonly called P1 and it is a loading period. Where we fill our fat stores (eat cheesecake, eat eggs with lots of bacon and fat etc. (which is harder than it seems) and you do this for 2-3 days. P2 is where you switch to a very low-calorie diet 500 calories, and you do this while you drink at least half a gallon of water a day, or more. This phase can last anywhere from 28 to 45 days. P3 is where you slowly increase your calorie intake but no carbs. P4 is where you very slowly add carbs. Working on figuring out what is your triggers for weight gain.

I will be listing my weight and measurements on here, and posting before pictures. On the 19th of August we start loading.
