Exercising… with what time?

I don’t know about you, but sometimes I barely have time for a shower much less going to the Gym 3-4 times a week. However, I have found a few different activities that take 10-30 minutes  and are very effective.

First is one of my favorites. Zumba for the X-box, 15-25 minutes and you will be sweating like crazy and feel like you spent an hour at the gym.

Next would be Crunch-less Abs, 10-30 minutes work outs, that help put the abs back in your fabulous.

Another DVD that I have found to be effective is Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred 25-30 minutes and sweat is rolling off your face.

Then there is work out 30 day challenges, most not time constrictive.

I will be adding to this list as I find things that work for those of us with little to no time to spend killing ourselves on the living-room floor.

I am testing one right now and will report back on the results.
