HCG Diet Grilled Chicken Tacos
- 3.5 oz. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked & Shredded
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped
- 4 large Lettuce Leaves, Washed & Dried
Make this HCG recipe by cooking the chicken, if it is not already pre-cooked. Shred the chicken. Place the shredded chicken in a small pan over low heat, add spices. Once warmed, remove the chicken from pan. Wrap chicken in lettuce leaves, sprinkle the top of the ‘HCG tacos’ with the fresh cilantro and eat with hands like a HCG safe taco! This HCG recipe is safe for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet. This HCG recipe counts as 1 HCG protein serving and 1 HCG vegetable serving.
Broccoli chicken stir fry
Marinade the meat (either steak or chicken)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1-2 tbsp.. Bragg’s amino acid (you can find this in the health food aisle at Fred Meyers)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
- oz. Sliced meat marinade for 5-10 minutes
You could do Broccoli or cabbage steam till almost done set aside
cook meat in a skillet add a teaspoon of coconut oil
cook until almost done add vegetable coat in the sauce from the meat add 1-2 squirts of Bragg’s for more fluids in pan. Serve and enjoy!
1 can of regular diced tomatoes
3.5 oz. Or more depends on how much you want to make Of cabbage (Napa or regular) sliced or chopped
ground beef cooked
taco seasoning to taste
cook until cabbage is tender serve and enjoy!
