Today was good, I had some hunger but I am sure that is from my lack of consumption of ENOUGH calories from yesterday. However my crusade for weight-loss is going splendid, I am down 1.6 Pounds!! woot! woot!

Today I ate: 1 Apple, 1 Cucumber, 1 Hamburger patty with pickles, and 1 cup of fat-free cottage cheese, and 3.5 oz. sliced strawberries. I am trying really hard to reach my calories today.

Well, today has been a good day, loss 2 pounds!! Wahoo! I am feeling great, I have tons of energy, of course having a 5 hour energy shot helps with that. All in all I am great!!


Today I ate: 1 apple, 3.5 oz. steak, and 3.5 oz. of lemon, garlic shrimp with a good portion of spicy mustard roasted cabbage. Hoping for another great day tomorrow!

Well as days go, this one did, I didn’t gain nor lose anything again. However I am feeling like I am retaining water big time. I have eaten too much with salt in it, and it is showing. I got pretty disappointed with everything this morning but I keep telling myself that It’s so worth it. Every liter of water, every bad day that goes untreated with chocolate is more weight gone and more confidence in myself. I’m staying positive, eating healthy, and getting closer to my goal weight!

I treated my water retention with lemon water and lots of it.

Today I ate: 1 apple, 3.5 oz. steak, and BBQ chicken 3.5 oz. with large salad.

So today was good, I slept like the dead and when I got up I was still so very tired, but as I did things, like going through the motions and brushing my teeth and using the restroom, I did wake up a little more. When I weighed myself I wasn’t surprised that I had neither a gain nor a lose. It is a re-shaping day. Well ok then. I still feel good about my progress and everything. However the support group that I am doing this with and myself, have decided that we are going to switch over to doing the shots of HCG. Now I am ok with that since that is how I did it the first time I ever did this diet. So I took my first shot this morning, and I have absolutely NO HUNGER! now that is what I have missed about shots. Last time I did this and took the shots, I never really dealt with hunger issues. So having some hunger kinda took me off guard.

So my food journal for today is: 1 med apple, a delicious serving of chicken cabbage stir-fry ( I have a page that’s devoted to my favorite recipes) and a small serving of cottage cheese (3/4 cup) and sliced strawberries (3/4 cup) And believe it or not I am STUFFED!

So today has been a little nuts, my almost one year old woke up at o’dark thirty, I weighed myself out of curiosity. I normally weighed myself around 10:30-11 am and I was very depressed, I had gained .4 pounds, well I went back to bed for a few hours and when I got up again and weighed in, I was 1.2 pounds down!! YAY! I was so excited, so It looks like sleep is very important.

Today I ate: 1 apple, chocolate mousse made from cottage cheese (see picture) with strawberries, 4 oz. of chicken with a pickle. Yummy! Looking forward to tomorrow. 🙂

Today has been great! I loss 1.6 pounds! Feeling great and happy with my progress. My clothes are fitting differently, which means my body is moving stuff around and getting rid of the trash!

Today’s food was 1 apple, 1 cucumber peeled, 4 oz. chicken, 1 cup sliced strawberries on top of a cup of low-fat cottage cheese. Had some hunger today, but that is was expected as I am getting close to being done with my first bottle of HCG , each bottle is a 15 days supply. The real HCG ages and it can lose its potency. I think that might be starting. Or I just need to increase my dosage a little either was I am still happy with things!

So I am doing great, today I loss 1.4 pounds! Wahoo!

Today I ate a cup of low-fat cottage cheese with strawberries on top,



been drinking a ton of water, and for dinner I had the most amazing stir-fry, here is the recipe:

Broccoli chicken stir fry

Marinade the meat (either steak or chicken)

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1-2 tbsp. Bragg’s amino acid  (you can find this in the health food aisle at Fred Meyers)

1 teaspoon minced garlic

    1. oz. Sliced meat marinade for 5-10 minutes

You could do Broccoli or cabbage steam till almost done set aside

cook meat in a skillet add a teaspoon of coconut oil

cook until almost done add vegetable coat in the sauce from the meat add 1-2 squirts of Bragg’s for more fluids in pan. Serve and enjoy!

Sorry I didn’t post yesterday, my internet was not working. Well YAY! I loss 2.2 Pounds yesterday.

Today I ate 4 oz. of chicken and had an apple, and had a very yummy low carb, low-calorie chili for dinner, that was extremely satisfying.  Here is a picture, the batch I made was big enough for myself and the hubby.


here is the recipe for all that might be interested.




1 can of regular diced tomatoes

3.5 oz. of cabbage or more depends on how much you want to make Of cabbage (Napa or regular) sliced or chopped

extra lean ground beef cooked in a half a teaspoon of coconut oil

mix all together, may want to add water depends on how thick or thin you want it.

taco seasoning to taste

cook until cabbage is tender serve and enjoy!

So I am doing great on the diet, loss 2 pounds, so wahoo!

Today I ate 1 apple, 4 oz chicken, 1 whole cucumber, and 6 strawberries (sliced) with 1 cup of cottage cheese.

However much I am ecstatic about losing 2 pounds I did in fact have an extremely crappy day, we live in South East Idaho and had a flash flood and it flooded my basement and my roof started leaking. I am very blessed to have family near by and lucky that my husband’s employment allows him to come home for emergencies. All these pictures are from the front steps of my house and sidewalk.
